Project Overview:
The objective was to restructure the interior space near the entrance of a residence to create a defined corridor, enhancing both functionality and aesthetics. The challenge was to erect a new wall that complemented the existing design while separating the entryway from the staircase. This job also involved removing an obtrusive spiral staircase from the kitchen, creating additional space, and introducing a new staircase alongside the new wall.
Process and Execution:
The transformation began with meticulous planning to ensure the new structure would integrate seamlessly with the home’s flow. Work commenced with the careful dismantling of the old spiral staircase, a move that immediately opened up the kitchen area. Other works included framing, followed by plastering, and precise cutouts for decorative windows that allow light and visibility through the new corridor. The project demanded attention to detail, particularly in achieving a smooth finish and ensuring the new wall’s stability and alignment with the home’s style.

The final result was a beautifully crafted wall that established a distinct, welcoming entryway leading to a modern, open-concept living area.
